I came to your peaceful Ayurvedic treatment center last month and I haven't stopped thinking about my wonderful experience. I LOVED my 90 minutes session. I felt pampered, blissful, completely relaxed and I wanted to thank you for a unique experience. This was my first Ayurvedic Facial experience. The fact you use real natural and ayurvedic herbs and essential oils makes the facial a complete wonderful experience, the aromatherapy and the exceptional massage all over my arms, feet and neck was the best. | When I first met you and you explain to me that you use ayurvedic herbs and natural ingredients to do your facials I never thought on the actual powered and grinded herbs and mashed fruits. The facials at Ayurvastu are completely exceptional. She does not only use the natural herbs and fruits to do her facial treatments but she also mix them in a very special way to fulfill with the principals of ayurveda according with your skin type or dosha. It was the most relaxing therapy I have ever had; it was a massage and facial in one treatment, since she massaged my neck arms, hands, shoulder, and feet while the mask was doing its great effect on my skin. My skin looks totally fresh and glowing and even some of my sun spots have faded out. |

| Quickly, three words, to tell you how is my shirodhara treatment every time I visit Toya at Ayurvastu Beauty. IT IS FANTASTIC!!! I started with some regular sessions, every week and already after 3 weeks, my sleep came back, that is to say in one go and of good quality. | As a lover of Eastern techniques, I have tried many massage techniques, but since I tried the Shirodhara I can assure you that the benefits are of 100%. Our mind works the whole day, as well as our bodies and at the end of the day we feel heavy, tired, confused and stressed. Day after day we accumulate all these in our body and our mind until we start developing physical and emotional imbalances. After only one session of shirodhara with sesame oil I felt like my body and my mind was replenish with bliss and energy so I started to have the treatment at least twice a week and I am already seeing how my body feels different, healthier, less irritating and more calm and relaxed to enjoy my life and my family. | A few years back I started to experience a recurring ear ache during the summer season which had my family physician stumped. He diagnosed the problem as simply swimmer's ear that should clear up using a prescription ear drop antibiotic and by staying out of the water for a few days. The problem only become worse to the point that pain medication was my only means for relief. When a friend of mine recommended using ear candles of course I was skeptical. She introduces me to Toya Afont and even thought her explanation was really good I was still afraid to get the treatment done. |

| However, being in extreme pain and desperate I had nothing to lose. After the ear candling treatment burning just two candles on each ear I experienced immense and immediate relief. Two additional treatments the following weeks cleared the problem completely for the year. From now on I usually catch it early but if my ear ache returns Toya rescue me from the unnecessary agony! Last but not least, the eye mask she applies while doing the ear candling and the cozy and relaxing environment at Ayurvastu Beauty not only makes me relaxed but forgets about my ear ache. I also know she does some kind of reflexology or massage on certain points of my face and head to relieve the discomfort. |

I have really enjoy going to Ayurvastu Beauty And Wellness Center for the last 5 years because I feel I'm not only taking my "ME TIME" for something that is really good for my internal balance but it's really what my body requires me to do, I notice my skin is much more healthier and beautiful when Toya works my facials it really makes my skin much healthier, young and fresh.
